Whether you fancy yourself as the family cake maker or you just want to get that last layer of buttercream perfect, in this 3.5 hour class you will create a perfect celebration cake to take home. 

Skills learnt: 

How to make, colour and pipe our signature American buttercream.
Use our recommended equipment to trim, layer and crumb coat and ice your 3 layer 6” cake.
Make white chocolate ganache to add stability to your cake. 
Create decorative effects using piping nozzles, decorations and the prefect chocolate drip. 

Our expert teacher Jo Deacon will be on hand to give you feedback, answer any burning questions and support you on your cake journey.
