Available in £5, £10, £20, £50 and £100 denominations.
You can choose how the voucher is delivered:
– Email: Select “I want to send this as a gift” at checkout.
– In-store collection
– Post: Leave us a note with the recipient’s name and address, and we’ll happily send it for you.
Please note: At checkout you’ll be asked to choose a collection time, date and location for all options. Don’t worry—if you’ve chosen email delivery, your voucher will still be emailed as normal. This is just a quirky website feature we’re still working on!

Our gift cards can be spent on any of our sweet treats or redeemed against our popular academy classes. They’re a flexible, easy gift for anyone who loves baking, chocolate or hands-on foodie experiences.

3. How can my gift card be delivered?
We offer three convenient delivery options:
• Email gift voucher – schedule the voucher to arrive on a specific date.
• In-store collection
• Postal delivery – just leave the recipient’s name and address at checkout.
4. Can I schedule an email gift card for a future date?
Yes. When selecting the email option, you can choose the exact date you want the digital gift voucher to be delivered to the recipient. It’s ideal for birthdays, anniversaries and surprise gifts.
5. Why am I asked to choose a collection time even when selecting email delivery?
Our website currently requires all orders—including email vouchers—to pick a collection time, date and location at checkout. Don’t worry:
Your gift card will still be emailed on the date you selected.
This is simply a default website feature we’re updating.
6. How quickly are email gift vouchers sent?
If you select “send now,” the email voucher is delivered instantly. If you schedule it, it will arrive automatically on your chosen date.
7. Can I have a physical gift voucher posted?
Yes! You can request a posted voucher by leaving a message with the recipient’s name and postal address at checkout. We’ll handle the rest.
8. Do your gift cards expire?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or scheduled delivery, giving plenty of time to enjoy sweet treats or book an academy class.
9. Are gift cards good for last-minute gifts?
Absolutely. Instant email delivery makes them a perfect last-minute gift option for birthdays, Christmas, thank-yous or teacher gifts.
10. Can gift cards be used for academy classes?
Yes! All gift cards can be redeemed against any academy class, making them a great option for anyone who loves baking or wants to learn new skills.
