Skills learnt:
How to make, colour and pipe our signature American buttercream.
Use our recommended equipment to level, crumb coat and ice your mini 4” cakes to perfection.
Work with fondant or piping techniques to adorn your cake with a fun design of your choice.
No experience necessary.
Enjoy some BKRY treats, a glass of fizz and soft drinks during the class.

Upon booking our classes are non-refundable.
Sadly we do not have wheelchair access to our academy,
however we can set up space for you to create this in our shop downstairs if
required.
This class is suitable for people age 14+ of all abilities.
