Roll up your sleeves and get ready for a deliciously fun celebration! Perfect for budding chefs aged 4+, this party combines the joy of making your own pizza from scratch with the creativity of decorating tasty biscuits to take home.
Your party guests will:
✨ Make shape and top their very own freshly made pizzas
✨ Learn simple, hands-on dough and topping techniques
✨ Decorate a pair of vanilla biscuits with colourful royal icing and sprinkles
Party details:
For 8 children (including the birthday child)
Up to 12 guests total — extra children £25 each
1.5 hours of foodie fun
30 minutes to enjoy the pizzas they’ve made together
All ingredients, utensils, and packaging provided

Saturdays: 1–3pm or 4–6pm

o you host cupcake decorating parties near Reading?
Yes! Our children’s cupcake decorating parties are hosted at the BKRY Academy, above our Caversham store in Reading, Berkshire.
What age is suitable for a cupcake decorating party?
Our parties are perfect for children aged 6 and above. Each child gets hands-on experience learning piping and fondant skills.
How many children can join the party?
The standard booking is for 8 children (including the birthday child). We can accommodate up to 12 children in total, with extra guests charged at £25 per child.
What do the children take home?
Every guest will decorate and take home 4 freshly baked vanilla cupcakes, beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy.
Can parents bring their own food to the party?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own party food and drinks. Alternatively, you can add on our delicious children’s afternoon tea boxes for an extra treat.
When can I book a cupcake decorating birthday party?
Parties run on Saturdays 1-3pm or 4-6pm and Wednesdays 4-6pm . Simply select your preferred time and date at checkout.
Can I choose a theme for the cupcake party?
Absolutely! Choose from popular themes like flowers, mermaids, superheroes or let the children’s creativity guide them on the day.
A party guest has a food allergy, what should I do?
Just let us know, as a busy bakery we cannot guarantee anything to be allergy free but we can provide cakes & buttercream free from allergen containing ingredients.
Do parents need to stay?
Just the party child's parents to stay please.
Where do we park?
You can find 3 hours free parking on the Iceland side of the Waitrose Carpark. Alternatively you can pay for parking in Chester Street Carpark.
