The Number Cakes

All of our cakes are made to order in our Caversham bakery. We can often accommodate allergen requirements, including options from our Free From and Plant Based Cakes Collection

Please note that our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame, so we can’t guarantee any cake is completely free from traces of allergens. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please let us know when ordering and we’ll be happy to advise.

How do I order a cake?

You can order your cake directly through our website. Once your order is placed, we’ll freshly bake your cake ready for collection from our Caversham bakery in Reading.

Do you offer same-day or next-day cakes?

We don’t offer same-day or next-day celebration cakes. All made-to-order cakes need 3 days’ notice so we can give them the care and attention they deserve.

If you need something sooner, pop into the bakery, we have a selection of whole cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies and other tasty treats available to buy in store.

Do you deliver cakes?

At the moment, we’re collection only from our Caversham bakery. We may occasionally be able to offer delivery for an extra charge, so feel free to get in touch to check.

How much notice do you need?

We need 3 days’ notice for all custom cake orders. You’re welcome to order further in advance if you’d like to secure a specific date.

Do you make wedding cakes and tiered cakes?

Yes! We love creating wedding cakes, tiered cakes, and show-stopping celebration cakes. If you’d like to book a wedding consultation, just get in touch.

Can I order a themed or personalised cake?

Absolutely! We create personalised and themed cakes for all kinds of celebrations.
