Easter Cupcakes 1st April

All staff are DBS checked for your peace of mind. At the start of each class, children will be briefed on kitchen safety rules and our fire evacuation procedures. We expect children to behave sensibly and follow staff instructions at all times.

Aprons are provided, but please avoid light-colored clothing as we use strong food coloring gels that may stain. All use of knives and ovens is closely supervised by staff.

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements when booking. While we can accommodate allergens, please be aware there is a risk of cross-contamination as we operate in a working bakery.

Where are the classes held?
All of our children's baking and cake decorating classes are held at BKRY Academy, located above our shop in Caversham, Reading.

Will my child take their creations home?
Yes! Every child will take home their baked goods and decorated cakes, carefully packaged so they can share their delicious creations with family and friends.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is convenient public parking in Caversham available at the Waitrose and Iceland car parks, both just a short walk from BKRY Academy.

Does my child need to bring anything?
We provide everything needed for our kids' baking and cake decorating workshops, including aprons and all ingredients. We simply recommend children bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the class.

BKRY Academy is located on the first floor above our shop in Caversham and is accessed via stairs only. Unfortunately, we do not currently have lift access, which means our classes are not suitable for those with mobility difficulties or wheelchair users.
