Mince pies - four ways!
A two workshop on how to make the BEST mince pies to celebrate the festive season. Over the course of the two hours you will make pastry, mincemeat and a number of different toppings to add unique twists to impress guests. No experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of the baking team!
Drinks and snacks will be provided.
At the end of the workshop, you will leave with tried and tested recipes, the bakes you have made and some Rise Bakehouse mincemeat that you can use over the festive season. Please bring with you airtight containers to transport your items home. The course will be run by the Nathan and Elise from Rise Bakehouse, so you will be able to draw on their knowledge, experience and passion for all things baked both as home and professional bakers.

All equipment and ingredients supplied for the class.
Class will include demonstrations and hands on baking where you will create your own box of mince pies.
This class is suitable for beginners from the age of 16.
Sadly we do not have wheelchair access to our academy, however we can set up space for you to create this in our shop downstairs if required.
