Hosted by Jo from BKRY, you will learn how to create icing at the perfect consistencies for piping, flooding and feathering your biscuits. Choose a colour palette to suit your theme this Christmas. The perfect gift for someone special, or to share with your loved ones on Christmas day.

Class will include demonstrations and hands on baking where you will create your own luxury gift box of biscuits.
This class is suitable for beginners from the age of 16.
Sadly we do not have wheelchair access to our academy, however we can set up space for you to create this in our shop downstairs if required.
